Dear Editor, After reading the Dec. 9 edition of the Dispatch, I think it important for the City of Gilroy to provide some clarification in reference to several articles and opinions that appeared concerning the Interim Gilroy Center for the Arts building use limitations.

The purpose of my letter is not only an urgent appeal to generate critically needed funds to retain private counsel in a horrendous plight we are facing, but also, to bring to your attention, to a 21st century atrocity taking place within our judicial system at the Superior Court in Morgan Hill.
