Stuft Pizza, Handmade Healthcare win in extra sessions.
GILROY – Handmade Healthcare moved to 3-0 in the Men’s E League standings Thursday with a 56-51 overtime decision over Net Magic at South Valley.

Marco Lopez snapped a 51-51 tie with a 10-foot jumper with 54 seconds to play in the extra session. Nick Posley hit one free throw, Britt Brigelow two to complete the Handmade scoring.

Brigelow took game scoring honors with 19 points, Lopez using two three-point field goals to finish with 14. Javier Armenta keyed the Met Magic (1-2) offense with 14 points. Hector Torres and Tony Maquinalez each scored 10 points. Net Magic led 25-21 at halftime.

Stuft Pizza slipped into second place at 3-1 with a 49-40 overtime victory over Goldsmith Seeds. Charles Nguyen threaded a 3-pointer as Stuft Pizza scored all nine points of the three-minute overtime. Isaac Reyes led the winners with 12 points, Austin Romesberg adding 11. Joel Goldsmith anchored the Seeds offense with 11 points.

J.R. Hernandez struck for 16 points as the Playaz outlasted Pizza N Stuff-Toto Stingers 41-39. Andres Espinosa hustled to 15 points for the losers. Alexis Rivas followed with 14 markers.

Lilia Flores dropped in 17 points to highlight a 53-24 Krazy Koyote-Dutchman’s Pizza nod over Togo’s in Women’s League play Wednesday. Monica Pantoja netted 14 points, Kathy Flores 12 for the winners. Mel Ponzio led the Togo’s attack with 12 points.

Above the Rim clinched at least a tie for the first-half Women’s title by taking a forfeit win over Williams Dental Lab to move to 4-0.

Gaeta’s topped Headstart 58-53 Tuesday in a battle of unbeaten Men’s D League teams at South Valley.

Marmet Williams poured in 30 ponts as Gaeta’s advanced to 3-0. Nathan Sanders contributed 11 points, David Herrera 10 for Gaeta’s. Don Hall highlighted the Headstart effort with 18 points. Rob Christopher and Bob Lemmon each managed 10 points. Headstart posted a 28-23 lead at the intermission.

Gabe Gonzales scored 24 points to pace Fritter-Schulz Physical Therapy past Morgan Hill Garage 53-47. Jacob Garcia worked inside for 15 points and Sig Reynisson added 10 points for Morgan Hill Garage.

Mitchell Excavation earned a forfeit win over Dutchman’s-Krazy Koyote to leave both teams at 1-2.
