Police nabbed a man for showing his penis to a woman at a First Street business thanks to video evidence from the scene.

About 7:40 p.m. March 11, Martin Monroe Kemmeries, 29, was sitting at a table inside an unspecified business on the 1200 block of First Street next to a woman whose age and name police withheld, police said. Kemmeries then allegedly showed the woman his penis and immediately left the business, which was near First Street’s intersection with Westwood Drive.

Kemmeries was captured on video and police used it to identify him, police said. They then went to his residence on the 1100 block of Driftwood Terrace about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and arrested him for felony indecent exposure and parole violation.

Kemmeries is a repeat sexual offender and was on parole for felony indecent exposure, police said. In October, Kemmeries was arrested after he allegedly took a picture of his genitals with a cell phone camera while standing next to a woman in a Morgan Hill TJ Maxx store. At the time, Kemmeries already had two prior convictions for felony indecent exposure and he was a participant in a GPS sex offender tracking program and had a monitoring device attached to his body.

However, Kemmeries was not listed on California’s Megan’s Law Web site, which tracks sex offenders.
