Assault with deadly weapon

• Marcos Hernandez, 18 of Gilroy, May 20 at 2:05 p.m. on IOOF Avenue and Murray Street for assault with a deadly weapon.

Battery

• Brandon Gains, 31 of Gilroy, May 20 at 3:21 p.m. on Monterey Road for several probation violations, a parole hold, false imprisonment, vandalism, using or being under the influence of a controlled substance, battery on a peace officer and resisting arrest.

Carrying a loaded firearm

• Elichaba Ruiz, 35 of Gilroy, May 17 at 11:25 p.m. on Church Street for carrying a loaded firearm and carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle.

• Andrew Garcia, 24 of Gilroy, May 17 at 11:28 p.m. on Church Street for possession of a stolen firearm, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of burglary tools, false personation exposing the victim, violating a warrant.

Child endangerment

• Christina Gonzales, 22 of Gilroy, May 19 at 8:19 p.m. on Dowdy Street for willfully causing, permitting a child to suffer.

Contributing to deliquency of minor

• David Gerritson, 22 of Gilroy, May 14 at 10:21 p.m. on Church Street for contributing to the deliquency of a minor, possession of graffiti device and vandalism with damage over $50,000.
• Anthony Holguin, 19 of San Jose, May 18 at 7:45 p.m. on Camino Arroyo for contributing to the deliquency of a minor.

Corporal injury on a spouse

• Erik Miller, 38 of Fresno, May 21 at 9:20 p.m. for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse.

Hit and run

• Nelson Garcia, 37 of Gilroy, May 19 at 3:42 p.m. on Wayland Lane for a hit and run, obstructing a police officer and reckless driving.
