• Oscar Jimenez, 28 of Gilroy, Oct. 20 at 9:32 p.m. on Garlic Way for felony fugitive from justice, warrantless arrest.
• Kaereanne Christman, 23 of Morgan Hill, Oct. 22 at 11:55 a.m. on Hanna Street for a warrant of being under the influence.
• Breanna Salgado, 19 of San Jose, Oct. 23 at 12:44 a.m. on San Ysidro for to live warrants: giving/selling/transporting marijuana, participation in criminal street gang, failing to comply, selling/giving/transporting marijuana and participation in street gang.
• Jose Ramirez, 37 of Gilroy, Oct. 24 at 8:55 a.m. on Hanna Street for a warrant under the influence.
• Bruce Sorrel, 62, Oct. 24 at 2:03 p.m. on Santa Teresa for three warrants of failing to appear in court, driving while unlicensed and battery on an emergency person.

DUI

• Desiree Reyes, 34 of Gilroy, Oct. 21 at 3:06 a.m. on Leavesley Road for driving with a suspended license, driving with a blood alcohol of 0.08 or higher and driving under the influence.
• Gerardo Sosa, 39 of Gilroy, Oct. 21 at 10:18 p.m. on Martin Street for driving under the influence, driving while unlicensed, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or higher and possession of a controlled substance.
• Frank Martinez, 30 of San Jose, Oct. 23 at 3:32 p.m. on Carmel Street for using/being under the influence of a controlled substance, (several warrants).

Fireworks without a permit

• Raymond Nunez, 32 of Gilroy, Oct. 24 at 12:14 a.m. on Welburn for resisting, delaying and obstructing an officer, and possession of fireworks without a permit.

Petty theft

• Sabrina Antonio, 48 of Watsonville, Oct. 22 on Hanna Street for petty theft.
• Cynthia Beas, 21 of Gilroy, Oct. 24 at 4:57 p.m. for petty theft.

Possession

• Karina Hernandez, 19 of San Jose, Oct. 23 at 12:21  a.m. on San Ysidro for possession of a controlled substance, selling or aiding in selling stolen goods and taking a car without the owner’s consent.
• Meagan Bazner, 30 of Menlo Park, Oct. 23 at 4:15 p.m. on Camino Arroyo for possession of a controlled substance and theft.
• Monica Lujan, 34 of Gilroy, Oct. 24 at 3:15 p.m. on Princevalle Street for possession of a controlled substance.

Hit and run

• Maria Flores, 36 of Morgan Hill, Oct. 23 at 10:55 a.m. on Hanna Street for a warrant hit and run.

Willful disobedience
