-Daniel Debey, 26, May 24 at 3:11 a.m. on the 7600 block of Church Street for being under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

-Maria Gamino, 43, May 24 at 12:08 p.m. near the intersection of Monterey Road and Garlic Farm Way for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

-Johnny Cramer, 27, May 25 at 9:30 p.m. at the San Benito County Jail for being under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

-Michael Collins, 44, May 27 at 1:54 a.m. on the 8100 block of Monterey Road for being under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Battery

-Rebeca Prieto, 41, May 23 at 11:43 p.m. on the 7300 block of Alexander Street for battery on a former spouse, fiancée or significant other.

-Denise Venegas, 46, May 25 at 6:39 p.m. on the 1200 block of Willow Court for battery and probation violation.

-Francisco Molina, 46, May 30 at 8:11 a.m. on the 100 block of W. 10th Street for battery and probation violation.

-David Vilchis, 31, May 30 at 3:40 p.m. near the intersection of Gurries Drive and Church Street for battery, resisting arrest and probation violation.

Possession of a dirk or dagger

-Isaac Rodriguez, 20, May 24 at 3:24 a.m. on the 7100 block of Camino Arroyo for possession of a dirk or dagger and possession of a controlled substance.

Drinking in public

-Christopher Upchurch, 58, May 24 at 8:10 a.m. outside St. Mary Parish for drinking in public.

-Ramon Sanchez, 56, May 25 at 6:15 p.m. on the 7800 block of Church Street for drinking in public.

Attempted robbery

-Erica Subia, 27, May 24 at 5:33 p.m. on the 9300 block of Monterey Road for attempted robbery and resisting arrest.

Petty theft

-Robert Ortiz, 48, May 24 at 10:14 p.m. on the 7100 block of Camino Arroyo for petty theft with specified priors and a parole hold.

Burglary tools

-Daniel Zuniga, 28, May 25 at 5:14 a.m. on the 7300 block of Monterey Street for possession of burglary tools.

-Ramon Rodriguez, 24, May 25 10:41 a.m. on the 700 block of First Street for possession of burglary tools and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Grand theft auto

-Sharlene Palacios, 26, May 25 at 4:07 a.m. on the 7300 block of Monterey Street for taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent and driving with suspended privileges.

-Shea Bigelow, 22, May 27 at 1:30 a.m. on the 300 block of Leavesley Road for theft or unauthorized use of a vehicle, driving with suspended privileges and possession of a controlled substance.

Threats

-Linda Sweatman-Moffitt, 53, May 25 at 8:59 a.m. on the 5800 block of Garlic Farm Way for threatening to commit a crime resulting in death or injury, obstructing or intimidating business owners and disturbing the peace.

DUI

-Ian Macrae, 65, May 25 at 9:42 p.m. near the intersection of Monterey and Howson streets for driving with a 0.08 or higher blood alcohol content and driving under the influence.

-Mainor Pagoada, 24, May 26 at 1:40 a.m. on the 7200 block of Monterey Street for driving with a 0.08 or higher blood alcohol content, driving under the influence and being and unlicensed driver.

-Miguel Cardenas, 27, May 25 at 10:35 p.m. near the intersection of Monterey and Howson streets for driving under the influence, driving with a 0.08 or higher blood alcohol content and driving on a suspended license.

-Bigvai Ortiz, 20, May 27 at 2:22 a.m. near the intersection of Murray Avenue and Chestnut Street for driving under the influence, reckless driving, driving with suspended privileges and resisting arrest.

-Jose Medina, 23, May 29 at 11:43 p.m. on the 5900 block of Travel Park Circle for driving with a 0.08 or higher blood alcohol content.

Burglary

-Kimberly Moralez, 26, May 26 at 2:15 a.m. on the 7800 block of Eigleberry Street for first-degree burglary and resisting arrest.

-Joe Ibarra, 29, May 26 at 2:10 a.m. on the 7800 block of Eigleberry Street for first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

-Ivan Lustre, 19, May 30 at 8:30 a.m. near the intersection of Wren Avenue and First Street for second-degree burglary and passing fictitious checks.

Community supervision violation

-Moises Torres, 28, May 25 at 7:43 p.m. on the 7200 block of Camino Arroyo for violating a community supervision order.

-Cecelia Robles, 53, May 30 at 4:30 p.m. on the 6900 block of Chestnut Street for violating a community supervision order.

Willful disobedience

-Timothy Obler, 44, May 27 at 4:21 a.m. near the intersection of Murray Avenue and Chestnut Street for willful disobedience of a court order.

Possession

-Robert Carrillo, 26, May 27 at 1:30 a.m. near the intersection of Leavesley Road and Murray Avenue for possession of a controlled substance and a parole hold.

-Steve Barrientos, 32, May 30 at 8:30 a.m. on the 700 block of First Street for possession of a controlled substance.

Driving infractions

-Federico Zavala, 30, May 27 at 3:58 p.m. near the intersection of Murray Avenue and Leavesley Road for driving with suspended privileges, failure to provide evidence of financial responsibility and driving with obstructed license plates.

-Jose Manjarrez, 31, May 28 at 9:15 a.m. near the intersection of Sixth Street and Rogers Lane for driving with suspended privileges.

-Jobey Barrientos, 31, May 28 at 1:05 p.m. near the intersection of Eighth and Hanna streets for grand theft of personal property, petty theft with specified priors, failure to appear warrant, battery on a former spouse, fiancé or significant other and driving without due caution.

-James Duran, 47, May 28 at 3:50 p.m. near the intersection of Church and Third streets for possession of a controlled substance, petty theft of personal property and resisting arrest.

-Forest Polinsky, 21, May 29 at 3:40 a.m. on the 300 block of E. 10th Street for robbery, forgery, theft or unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.

-Henry Strickland, 34, May 30 at 12:05 p.m. on Murray Street for transporting or selling a controlled substance, theft or unauthorized use of a vehicle, driving with suspended privileges, resisting arrest and probation violation.

Marijuana possession

-Albert Villareal-Chavez, 20, May 28 at 11:21 p.m. on E. Sixth Street for possession of less than 28.5 grams of marijuana, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Vandalism

-Cesar Paz, 37, May 29 at 10:49 p.m. on the 800 block of First Street for vandalism resulting in damage greater than $50,000.
