Center in San Jose at a cost of $7,000 or $8,000. How could the cost go up so much in four years?

Right on! CALSTAR should be investigated for price gouging. It is a travesty that they would absolutely “rape” people who are in desperate need. Making a profit is one thing – but this is completely “out of the box.” They are deserving of lots and lots of VERY BAD public comment.

At the Garlic Festival you used to be able to buy a loaf of garlic bread – what happened with that? Now they charge you $2 for four little pieces. What a rip off.

‘Lying’ Board of Supes
The lying Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors, with Supervisor Jim Beall at the helm, put Measure A on the ballot and spoke so eloquently of keeping the fiscal ship afloat, but they never told us it was the Titanic! The scoundrels “ought not to be in charge of a row boat!”
