We (the Gilroy Save Our Library Committee) have really appreciated the Dispatch’s editorial support of Measure A and B for the Gilroy Library. Please remind voters that their ballots are due at the Registrar of Voters office by 5pm on Tuesday, May 3. We’ve been advised that they should be mailed from Gilroy by Friday to be sure they get there in time.
The point of the election is to keep the doors open as many hours as possible since our library is one of the busiest with 1000 users/day. I hope Gilroy residents will agree and support the library with a reminder for YES on A and B.
