Florencio Narezo Martinez, 56, 11:49 a.m. June 24 on Church Street at Mantelli Drive in Gilroy, for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a methamphetamine pipe.
Burglary
An unknown suspect(s), between 8 a.m. June 7 and 9:50 a.m. June 21 on the 3400 block of Suzie Lane in Gilroy, used a key to enter a locked shed and stole refrigerant boxes estimated at $5,000.
