Burglary
An unknown suspect, between 5:30 p.m. June 15 and 5 a.m. June 16 on the 12000 block of Sycamore Avenue in San Martin, stole approximately $3,250 worth of landscaping equipment from a vehicle parked at a residence.
An unknown suspect, between 5:45 p.m. June 11 and 6 a.m. June 12 on the 6100 block of Pacheco Pass Highway in Gilroy, broke into a fruit stand and stole approximately $50 in quarters.

Martin Rubio Salinas, 45, 8:56 a.m. June 15 on Monterey Highway at Bolsa Road in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jessica Perry, 24, 11 p.m. June 11 on Castro Valley Road at Santa Teresa Boulevard in Gilroy, for possession of heroin. Perry had a $15,000 warrant for her arrest.
Liza Marie Gonzales, 20, 2:11 a.m. June 10 on Leavesley Road at Forest Street in Gilroy, for being under the influence of a controlled substance, providing false information to a peace officer and a probation violation.
Jesus Rivas Baez, 33, 12:52 a.m. June 10 on Howson Street at Monterey Street in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Francisco Pascual Duarte, 25, 2:23 a.m. June 9 on the 200 block of East Tenth Street in Gilroy, for being under the influence of a controlled substance and a probation violation.

Karen Wigglesworth, 55, between 9:31 a.m. May 18 and 6:10 p.m. June 13 on the 13000 block of Depot Street in San Martin, for trespassing.
Petty theft
An unknown suspect, 3:30 p.m. June 12 on the 1400 block of Diana Avenue in Morgan Hill, stole the victim’s purse and car keys out of an unlocked vehicle. Stolen property was estimated to be worth $682.
