Virginia Helen Hansen, 61 of Morgan Hill, died peacefully Friday April 8, 2005, at her residence surrounded by loved ones.

Mrs. Hansen (Ginny) grew up in the Lansing area where she met and married Bryce Hansen in 1961. They lived in many Michigan cities (Grand Rapids, Battle Creek, Elk Rapids and Holland) before moving to San Jose in 1980.

She was a wonderful mother who was always there to catch you when you fell, encouraging your dreams, inspiring your happiness and holding your hand, helping you through it all. She often enjoyed traveling to visit family. Her best times were when her children and grandchildren were by her side.

After her diagnosis of breast cancer in 1999 she was always willing to help anyone in need. She was one of the founding owners of CCS (Corporate & Commercial Services) in San Jose for 12 years, before selling the business. She continued a leadership role in the company until December of last year.
