I’m a freshman at Gilroy High School, and recently I found the value of a book. For me it is an escape, but our school library is a little short in books. So, my school is working with Barnes & Noble to help correct this problem. On Saturday and Sunday, April 8 and 9, the Parent Club of GHS is sponsoring a book fair at the bookstore to raise funds for library books! All are encouraged to come.
How can you help? Just come by the GHS library, bookroom or the front office and pick up a voucher from now until Friday afternoon. Present it to the cashier at Barnes & Noble when you pay and the parent club gets up to 20 percent of the profits! Don’t like books? This is good for music, too! So, please help our library and come over this weekend!
