The South Valley Ballet presents a dance concert and dessert auction at 7pm April 9 at the Gilroy High School Theater to benefit the ballet company’s scholarship fund, community outreach and upcoming “La Fille Mal Gardee,” the first three-act repertoire ballet done in the South Valley. Originally the Morgan Hill Dance Company, South Valley Ballet features dancers from Gilroy, Hollister, Morgan Hill and surrounding areas. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children.
