Girls Water Polo

With the Fall season over, the All League lists were announced for volleyball and water polo.

Boys Water Polo

Leading things off is boys water polo from the Pacific Division where Christopher had four representatives on the first team list and seven overall.
Gilroy added two others, including one on the first team list.
Starting with Christopher, three drivers landed spots on the first team, all of whom were underclassmen.
Logan Sutter led the team in both goals (93) and assists (58) as a sophomore. He was named as the MVP of the Pacific Division.
Chris Critzer also made the list being second on the team with goals with 82 and assists with 38. Those stats led him to earning the Freshman of the Year honor.
Nolan Ciccone followed as a sophomore with Russell Case making the list as a 2-meter player.
Andrew Silva, James Diegnan and John Kapaku were named to the Second Team All League list with keeper Cyrus Smith earning a spot on the Sportsmanship Team list.
For Gilroy Adam Thompson earned the lone First Team spot as a 2-meter defender.
Teammate Rey Franco earned a slot on the Second Team list for Gilroy with Nathaniel Cazares being named to a spot on the Sportsmanship Team.

Girls water polo

On the girls side, Christopher had three girls named to the all league list with utility player Sierra Ceballos earning a spot on the First Team All Gabilan Division list.
Senior Sierra Ceballos and freshman Nicole Critzer were named to the Second Team list.
Tiffani Weberg rounds things out being named to the Sportsmanship team.
For Gilroy, Erika Cates and Katelyn Brolin earned First Team All Pacific Division honors.
They were among four players who earned spots on the all league list with two special awards as well.
Cates also earned Co-Junior of the Year honors with Caterina Montante of Monterey.
Rachel Carnell earned sportsmanship honors as well as Second Team All Pacific Division, joining Ashley Harding.

Volleyball

The Christopher girls volleyball team had two players named to the All Gabilan Division list but came away with one
high honor.
Along with Monte Vista Christian, the Cougars were given the Co-Team Sportsmanship Award.
Katelyn Viray and Maya Tabron  were named to the Second Team list with Viray also earning Pursuing Victory With Honor recognition.
For Gilroy, Alexis Conlon led a list of two players who were named to all league lists.
Conlon was named to the First Team All Pacific Division for her defense. Alisal earned five spots, with North Salinas earning three. Gilroy, Seaside and North Monterey County all had one.
On the Second Team, Amaya Raoof earned recognition for her work as the setter.
She was also named to the Pursuing Victory with Honor list.
Finally, Oakwood had three players named to All League honors with Latai Saulala earning league MVP honors for the Mission Trail Athletic League-Coastal Division.
Teammates Talia Hill and Grace Chapman earned All League honors. Alia Insignares was named the Sportsmanship player.
