Gavilan is still perfect.
The Rams volleyball team swept Canada College on the road Friday to maintain a sterling 6-0 conference record (16-6 overall). Gavilan won 25-13, 25-17. 25-23. 
Savana Hartman, Tasmin Apple, Jessica Stofer and Ryan Asp all put up double digits in kills for the Rams. Apple led the way with 34, while Hartman had 20, Stofer had 18 and Asp added 11 of her own. 
Sabina Gerard had 35 assists, nine digs and an ace in the game. Karina Daniels added 19 digs of her own.
Gavilan has just six games remaining in the regular season. The team will be back on the court at 6:30 p.m. Friday to host Ohlone (9-7 overall, 3-3 in conference).

Gavilan tops MPC
The Gavilan soccer team snapped a three game losing streak, topping Monterey Peninsula College 2-1 at home Friday. 
The win improves the Rams’ record to 4-10 overall and 2-6 in conference play.

Gavilan will be back on the field at 4 p.m. Tuesday to host Ohlone College.
