Socorro Angulo Moraga was born on April 9, 1940, in Durango Mexico. Lived in Los Mochis Sinaloa where she married Joseph Charles Moraga and had her eight children.
Immigrated from Italy in 1953. She was married to Augusto "Gus" Audisio, who was the nephew of J.D. Rocca of San Martin. Devoted mother to Joseph and Carlo; loving grandmother to Thomas and Jason; and great grandmother to Jared, Sophia and Gianna. All who knew her, loved her. Nonna, we all love you and will miss you forever. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Catherine Parish, 17720 Peak Avenue in Morgan Hill, CA.
"Jim" as known by his friends; a long time resident of Morgan Hill, peacefully passed away just shy of his 78th birthday. Preceded in death by his childhood sweetheart and cherished wife Lois (Steve) Groff. Jim and Steve are now happily reunited for eternity, along with their many German Sheppard's whom they considered as family. At Jim's request, private services have been held at Gavilan Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the San Martin Animal Shelter or local animal rescue.
Died unexpectedly at his home early Wednesday morning. A quiet young man, Nathan influenced many people for good in his short life. Despite the trials of life, he always felt positive about the future. He was a true Disney fan and just like the characters that he loved, he was happy with life. Nathan is survived by his parents, Roy and Cassie, his sister, Elizabeth, his grandmother, Ramona Shurtliff, many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will be Monday, July 13, 2009, from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Johnson Funeral Home, 17720 Monterey Street, Morgan Hill. His funeral will be at The LDS chapel, 1790 E. Dunne Ave., Morgan Hill, at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 14, 2009, with burial right after at the Los Gatos Memorial Gardens. Donations may be made, in Nathan's name, to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Beatrice Mize, 86, a long time resident, loving sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away Monday after an extended illness in Coarsegold, CA.
