June D. Cofer passed away Friday at the age of 88. She came to Hollister in 1982 from Millbrae. Wife of the late Donald Miller Cofer and mother of James Cofer of San Mateo. Private graveside services will be held at Skylawn Memorial Park, San Mateo. Contributions to St. Benedict Church preferred.
William passed away at his residence at Jan. 23rd at the age of 74 years. A native of Missouri, he attended elementary schools in Missouri and graduated from San Benito High School. William lived in San Benito County for the last 60 years, working as a automobile upholsterer for 40 of those years.His survivors are his sons Ronald Allen Cook and Daniel Wade Cook both of Washington; his sister Christine Prosser of Sonora; two grandchildren and many nieces and nephew. Friends are invited to the memorial service on Feb.5th at 2:00 P.M. at the Grunnagle Funeral Home chapel. Inurnment will be at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Rose Mary Laveroni passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at her home in Ridgemark. Rose Mary was born and lived in Hollister all her life and was a graduate of Hollister High School. She had worked for many years for the Pacific Telephone Co. in Hollister. Rose was a avid golfer and member of Ridgemark Golf & Country Club, Bolado Golf Club, Ridgemark Womens Club and a former volunteer and director of the Hazel Hawkins Hospital Auxiliary.
Carla passed away at Mabie Skilled Nursing Center Northside at the age of 71 years. As per her wishes a private burial will be held at San Juan District Cemetery. Friends will be invited to a Mass of The Resurrection and memorial celebration of her life which will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, Tres Pinos at a later date and will be announced.
