She is survived by her husband, David Wood of Gilroy; father, Melvin and his wife Lois Lopes of Sparks, Nev.; and brother, Stephen Lopes of San Jose.

Mrs. Wood was preceded in death by her mother Viola Lopes.

Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 28, 2004, at Habing Family Funeral Home, 129 4th Street, Gilroy.
