You are absolutely correct that questions abound following
Gilroy Unified School District’s personnel action against Mr.
Lyons, and I want to know the answers, too. We have precious few
financial resources at a time when the state is asking all school
districts to slash budgets. How can any one of us justify forking
over nine months additional pay to an employee who is clearly no
longer working for us?
