Linda Hernandez Osana Gutierrez Martinez, 51, passed away in San Jose on Sept. 18, 2003. She is survived by her best friend of 10 years, Frank Hernandez of San Jose; her children, Art Hernandez of San Jose, Nancy Stotz of Brighton, Colo., and Larry Osana of Thornton, Colo.; her grandchildren, Isreal, David and Natalie. She is also survived by her sisters, Theresa Flores, of Gilroy, Elena Hernandez, of Gilroy, Margie Marquez, of San Jose, her brother, Al Hernandez, of Sacramento, and her aunts, uncles, cousins, and many nieces and nephews.
Linda was born in Sacramento and moved to Gilroy when she was 12. She attended Gilroy schools and worked as a medical secretary for many years. She has lived in San Jose for the last 12 years. Linda was an expert cake decorator. She also enjoyed trips to Reno where she was usually a winner. She also took many trips to Colorado to see her children.
Memorial Service will be held today at 7 p.m. at Habing Family Funeral Home.
