Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Community Foundation has raised more than $95,000 for Habitat for Humanity during the company's recent annual fundraising campaign. The donations were the result of a month-long community-wide raffle held throughout Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's 57 Northern California offices. Entitled “Homes and Hope,” this was the company's 16th annual fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity, the nonprofit organization that helps low-income families build their own homes. Over the past 15 years, the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Community Foundation has raised more than $2.5 million for Habitat for Humanity chapters in Northern California. The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage team has also volunteered more 50,000 hours and participated in the construction of nearly 200 Habitat for Humanity homes.

Denny's in Morgan Hill will celebrate its recent remodeling by serving up an all-day Grand Celebration Oct. 9 beginning at 8 a.m. Located at 875 Cochrane Rd, the newly-renovated restaurant offers diners a first look at its all-new, locally-inspired design and updated features. Hundreds of prizes, including complimentary cups of Denny's new signature coffee blends for one month with the purchase of a limited-edition Denny's mug, will be given away during the celebration.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently announced seven of its Silicon Valley branch offices have been named Coldwell Banker® Premier Offices, the highest honor given to Coldwell Banker branches. The award salutes Coldwell Banker offices that meet significant sales goals and was awarded to just the top 19 percent of offices nationwide this year.
