Battery on a police officer

  • Oscar Flores, 57 of Gilroy, 5:09 a.m. July 7 on First Street and Wren Avenue possession of a controlled substance, violation of protective order, resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer, battery on peace officer, using or being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Driving citations

  • Jesus Delacruz, 33 of Gilroy, 3:10 a.m. July 6 on Leavesley and Hwy. 101 for driving with a suspended license, failing to provide evidence of ownership and expired registration.

DUI

  • Gabriel Romero, 30 of Gilroy, 11:30 p.m. July 3 on Monterey and Second streets for a suspended license, failing to provide evidence of ownership, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or higher and driving under the influence.
  • Ann Littleton, 74 of San Martin, 3:24 p.m. July 4 on Monterey and Ronan for driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or higher.
  • Adan Martinez, 31 of Gilroy, 2:10 p.m. July 7 on Hanna Street for failing to provide evidence of ownership, driving a car while writing, driving with a 0.08 blood alcohol content or driving under the influence.

False impersonation
