Criminal threats
– Gabriel Yslava, 31 of Oka Road in Los Gatos, Aug. 26 at 12
a.m. near 80 Highland Ave. in San Martin for making criminal
threats against the new boyfriend of his ex-girlfriend.

Criminal threats
– Gabriel Yslava, 31 of Oka Road in Los Gatos, Aug. 26 at 12 a.m. near 80 Highland Ave. in San Martin for making criminal threats against the new boyfriend of his ex-girlfriend.
Identity theft
– An unknown suspect, Aug. 28 at 3:35 p.m. was arrested for identity theft of a victim residing near the 1700 block of Croy Road in Morgan Hill.
Residential burglary
– Two unidentified suspects, one described as a 20-year-old Hispanic male, weighing 190 pounds and measuring 6-feet-1-inch, the other described as a 20-year-old Hispanic male weighing 190 pounds and measuring 5-feet-10-inches, Sept. 1 at 2:35 p.m. near the 900 block of Buena Vista Ave. in Gilroy for residential burglary.
Suspicious circumstances
– An unknown suspect, Sept. 9 at 2:20 p.m. near Gavilan College on the 5000 block of Santa Teresa Boulevard in Gilroy for suspicious circumstances. Witnesses reported an unknown victim was forced into a vehicle by an unknown suspect. The suspect then sped away at a high rate of speed. Witnesses believe the victim had been kidnapped. Identities of the possible victim and suspect are still unknown.
Possession
– Eduardo Nunez, 34, of South King Road in San Jose, Sept. 2 at 10:46 p.m. near the intersection of San Martin Avenue and Foothill Avenue in San Martin for possession of methamphetamines and being under the influence of methamphetamines.
– Jose Mejia, 19 of Carpetia Road, Sept. 3 at 1:53 a.m. near the intersection of Monterey Highway and Luchessa Ave. in Gilroy for possession of methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia.
– Robert Howard III, 36 of Church Street in Gilroy, Sept. 6 at 1:26 a.m. near the intersection of Monterey Highway and Farrell Ave. in Gilroy for possession of methamphetamines and probation violation.
Suspended license
– Gary Vaca, 35, of Gilroy, Sept. 5 at 1:38 p.m. near the intersection of First Street and Wren Avenue in Gilroy for driving with a suspended license and not having any proof of insurance.
