What inspires you? My teachers, Girl Scout troop leader, and my parents all inspire me.
What is your favorite subject in school, and why? My favorite subject would be Language Arts and writing in particular.
If you had the power to change one thing in the world, what would it be? Violence within families is the worst kind. If I had the power to change anything in the world, I would prevent all domestic violence crimes, and do whatever I can to support victims of abuse.
If you could go anywhere, where would you go? Alaska, to experience nature at its best!
Name one big challenge in your life right now: Managing my time.
What is your dream job? I’d like to be a social entrepreneur, which means I want to be a businesswoman who helps find solutions to community and worldwide issues.
If you were stuck on a deserted island, what three things could you not live without? 1. Crossword puzzles (to pass the time); 2. Soap (I think I’d miss it quite a bit if I didn’t have any);  3. Duct tape (to put tools together.)
Favorite book: The Giver, by Lois Lowry, and Lean In, by Sheryl Sandberg.
What do you want to do after high school? I plan to attend a four-year university, and then I might like to join the Peace Corps.
Something that makes you smile: Chocolate 🙂
