grand opening of their tasting room on June 11.
Mayor Steve Tate, Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce President/CEO Chris Giusiana, Chamber board members and ambassadors joined Castillo’s Hillside Shire Winery owners Roni Jo and Jess Castillo and their daughter, Vivienne, friends and family to celebrate the grand opening of their tasting room on June 11. Jess and Roni Jo are working together with assistant Martin, with help from their three children, Michael, Nate and Vivienne to create unique blends. Castillo’s is a family-owned boutique winery with premium handcrafted wine. It is located at 2215 Liberata Drive., at the end of E. Main Avenue and is currently open most weekends, with private tastings for groups of 14 or more.
