Christopher High’s boys soccer team was rewarded for its strong season when coaches recently voted a pair of Cougars to the All-Monterey Bay League Pacific Division First Team.
Senior defender Giovanni Troini and senior forward Jose Romo received first-team all-league honors. The Cougars also had sophomore defender Jacob Liberatore and junior midfielder Hibsen Tamayo named to the second team.
Troini received a Richard Chamberlin Sportsmanship Award.
MBL Pacific Most Valuable Player went to Alvarez junior forward Pedro Virgen.
