John Gary Pipkin was born in Modesto, CA, and was raised in the Fresno area. He moved to Morgan Hill in early 1962. John started a career as a carpenter until opening his own business, "Morgan Hill Motorcycle Salvage Shop". This was the first salvage shop for motorcycles in California, and was boasted as a "House of a Million Parts". John's shop was easily noticed, as it was painted bright orange & purple, and had a landmark three wheel chopper, located at the front of the store. This store front became an icon for the City of Morgan Hill.
Entered into rest in Hollister at the age of 65. He is survived by his daughter and her husband, Kelly and Dean Machado of San Juan Bautista. Memorial services: Friday, May 9th at 3:00 P.M. at The 7th Day Adventist Church, 2121 Sunnyslope Rd. Hollister.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30th, from 1:00 P.M. until 8:00 p.m., with the recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m. at the Grunnagle Ament Nelson Funeral Home. The procession will leave the mortuary Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Church at 10:00 a.m.  Interment, Bloomfield, New Jersey
Maria Hernandez Clausen entered into rest on Oct. 24th in Salinas, CA at the age of 52. She was born in Carlsbad, New Mexico and lived in San Juan Bautista for the past 5 years. She is survived by her husband, Donald Clausen of San Juan Bautista, her children, Rachel Burciaga of Visalia, Patricia Blunt of Fresno, Michelle Martinez of Visalia, Alberto Martinez III of Fresno, Marisella Armas of Visalia and Vanessa Garcia of Pensacola, FL, her mother, Otilia H. Hernandez of Dinuba, her brothers and sisters, Angel Hernandez of Kingsburg, Teresa H. Caldera of Dinuba, Geronimo Hernandez of Visalia, Javier Hernandez of Cutter, CA, Pedro Hernandez of Visalia, Virginia Ward of Fowler, Jesse Hernandez of Visalia and Erma Cavazos of Fresno, her grandchildren, Danielle Burciaga, Daniel Burciaga, Destiny Burciaga, David Burciaga, Lorenzo Alvarez, Jacob Alvarez, Courtney Blunt, Lisette Marquez, Isaiah Marquez, Adam Marquez, Alberto Martinez IV, Aiyanna Martinez, Isaac Armas, Julissa Vasquez and Makayla Garcia. She is preceded in death by her sister, Cruz H. Nunez, her father, Cayetano V. Hernandez and her grandmother, Ruperta V. Hernandez.

Audrey Pennington Young – a long time resident and well-known real estate and business woman in Hollister, CA, passed away in the Monterey Community Hospital on October 05, 2011 after a very long and courageous struggle.
Entered into rest in Mountain View. She was born in Los Angeles and lived in San Benito County since she was a young girl. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church and liked to play bingo here and in Reno. Her hobbies were collecting miniature elephants and doing jigsaw puzzles. Her great love in life was her family and spending time with them. She married her husband, Rudy, in 1960 in Tres Pinos.
